OnlyApply started because the AI tools claiming to fix the job search were quietly making it worse. They'd invent achievements, inflate titles, fabricate metrics — anything to make a résumé look good against a JD. Recruiters started spotting the patterns. The tools were lying, on our behalf, and we were the ones who'd have to answer for it in an interview.
So we built the opposite. OnlyApply runs Strict Truth Mode by default — every output is constrained to what's actually in your profile and CV. If the role wants five years of Kubernetes and you have two, we tell you. We don't make it five. The cover letter won't name a company you never worked at. The recruiter DM won't claim a quota you never hit.
That choice rules out the most flattering output an LLM can generate. We think that's the point. Real callbacks come from résumés the candidate can defend in conversation — not the ones that scored highest in a parser.

Who we are
OnlyApply is a small team based in Singapore. We've been the job seeker on the other side of the table — and the hiring manager opening 200 résumés in a sitting. The product is shaped by both views.
We're bootstrapped. There's no growth-at-any-cost board pushing engagement metrics, which is why you won't find a feed, infinite scroll, or notifications nagging you back. Open the app when you're actually job-searching; close it when you're not.
