The names are close, but these are different products from different companies. AIApply is made by AIApply Ltd in the UK. OnlyApply is made by OnlyApply Pte Ltd in Singapore and lives at onlyapply.ai. The biggest difference is what happens when it is time to apply: AIApply's Auto Apply submits applications for you, and OnlyApply never does.
you want software to find jobs and submit applications on your behalf at volume (Auto Apply starts at $49 a month for 100 applications), or if you want live answer suggestions during interviews.
you want to send every application yourself, with a resume and cover letter tailored to that job from your own profile, a fit score and gap list before you apply, and a guarantee that nothing is invented.

AIApply's Auto Apply finds matching jobs and submits the applications, including multi-step forms and custom questions, using an Answer Library and your saved preferences. You can set a daily limit anywhere from 10 to 100 applications. OnlyApply will not fill in or submit a single form for you, so every application costs you a few minutes of your own time.
Auto Mode applies to every matching job with no input from you, Hybrid Mode sends jobs with a fit score of 75 or higher and holds the rest for review, and Review Mode asks for your approval on each job. If you want automation with a safety valve, AIApply gives you the dial.
Interview Buddy suggests answers during live or practice interviews ($19/month or $99/year, sold separately). OnlyApply's interview prep and mock interviews happen before the interview, not during it.
AIApply has a Resume Translator that translates a resume into other languages for applications in international markets. OnlyApply has no translation feature, so applying in another language means preparing that version of your profile yourself.
An application goes out under your name, so OnlyApply makes sure you have read it first. It drafts the resume and cover letter, and you send them yourself. AIApply's help center says tailored resumes are generated and sent as part of each application with no pre-send approval step, though you can review exactly what was submitted afterwards.
AIApply creates an inbox on your behalf to process Auto Apply applications. OnlyApply never contacts an employer, so every reply comes back to the email and accounts you used when you applied.
Every OnlyApply resume, cover letter and message is limited to what is in your own profile and CV. If a posting asks for a skill you do not have, it shows up as a gap in the match analysis instead of being written into your resume. Truth Mode cannot be turned off. AIApply's help center says its tailored resumes are built from your base resume and profile information. OnlyApply adds an explicit gap list, so you can see what a job asks for that you cannot claim before you decide to apply.
AIApply prices Premium, Auto Apply, Interview Buddy and the tailoring add-ons independently, and its help center says it does not offer a free trial. OnlyApply has one plan per tier, covering tailored resumes, cover letters, interview prep and Resume Audits, and Pro starts with a 7-day free trial.
No. They are separate products from separate companies. AIApply (aiapply.co) is run by AIApply Ltd in the UK. OnlyApply (onlyapply.ai) is run by OnlyApply Pte Ltd in Singapore. OnlyApply is not affiliated with AIApply.
According to AIApply's help center: Premium is $29/month or $144/year. Auto Apply is $49/month for 100 applications, $99/month for 250 or $199/quarter for 750, and tailored resume and tailored cover letter add-ons are $12/month each. Interview Buddy is $19/month or $99/year. There is no free trial, but there is a limited free tier.
AIApply's refund policy says subscription fees are generally non-refundable, that Auto Apply is non-refundable once applications have been submitted, and that refunds are not issued because a search did not lead to interviews. It lists technical issues and accidental purchases as cases where a refund may be considered.
Because the application carries your name. We would rather you send fewer applications that you have read, to jobs you have checked against your gaps, than many you have not. OnlyApply drafts everything and tracks everything; the send button stays yours.
Paste your resume and a job description into the free ATS Resume Checker to see your match score and missing keywords, no account needed. Sign up when you want the tailored resume and cover letter.
